My Background

I have over 10 years of experience in sales, 13 years in the beauty industry, and an entire lifetime’s worth of experience as a person with a disability. I have also obtained my certification of completion as an End of Life Doula from an End of Life Doula Association of Canada  recommended program. I have helped clients improve their sense of well-being for themselves in each of these capacities and will continue to do so through the Robins Rest. My approach is holistic and tailored to each individual's unique needs, and is also rooted in diversity, equity, accessibility, empowerment, and inclusion.

I believe everyone deserves to live a fulfilling and meaningful life. I also believe that their journey towards death deserves the same. By identifying and working towards their goals - whether it is life goals, goals for their end of life, or both - my clients are able to create the life and death that is true to them. Just as a "good life" is subjective to each individual, so too is death. Life and death go hand in hand and we must honor both. Afterall, death care is life care. I also firmly believe that diversity, equity, accessibility, empowerment, and inclusion are vital elements to include in all facests of care. Which is why this space exists.

I offer a range of non-medical services including in person and virtual options. I offer end of life as well as non-end of life services in order to honor the fact that life care is death care and vice versa. While I am not a Birth or Postpartum Doula, and do not offer those services, the additional services I provide are designed to help clients face challenges and obstacles and honor their path. Each service is designed to support clients comfort, spiritual and emotional needs, and dignity. Inclusion and accessibility are extremely important so I am also proud to announce that, in Febuary 2024, I will be launching The Robin Hood package which will allow those who cannot access these services to access them at little to no cost.
